Today we got ready for leaving on the train tomorrow, and we saw some native churches with their impressive ornamentation. We tried to find the Post, but couldn’t, despite asking a several Russians. We did find a most marvelous 1901 grocery store. (Stuff inside was current.)
Here are a couple of surreptitiously-taken pictures of the interior of a small neighborhood church.
And here is a garden where we sat a while.
And a coach that came down the road, probably going to a wedding.
And Cake Kiev and Honey Cake, with tea.
We will have no internet for at least a couple days, so I will pause here. Anybody else is welcome to post.
That coach makes me think of Cinderella. XD
ReplyDeleteThat is quite the store!
