Creative effort for today was looking at hundreds of upholstery samples to re-cover antique chairs. We are closer to choosing now, so the day was good, despite the very wintery weather and slippery mountain roads to get where we needed to go.
This will likely get used on something. The green is quite lovely. |

These are fur upholstered chairs in the showroom. My Better Half found them quite revolting, but I think a daughter might like them. |

ReplyDeleteI do like those fur-upholstered chairs, though I'd prefer brown fur and a simpler, rougher design to go with it. But I like the idea.

I wish the upholsterer had had the first green fabric, or the little red apples. I like my reading chair's pink roses less and less when I see all these other fabrics that would have been available.
