The Wisteria is blooming. The wonderful scent is wafting through the open windows of the house. And it is heavenly to sit under the pergola.
All the new flowers lined up for potting today. Tomatoes, too. We don’t grow them from seed. Pumpkin and cuc and other seedlings want to get out of their planting trays, but the weather will cool this weekend, so we have to wait until next week - and even that is before the Ice Saints allow for the official start of planting season.
Enjoy your flower spaces! Happy May.
Wow! I didn’t know you had a pergola or a wisteria! It looks wonderful! I’m jealous. We saw a spectacular one blooming on a fence in Portland last week. They are quite something. That one will give you many many years of enjoyment.
ReplyDeleteThey are considered dangerously invasive, and one needs to beware seed pod dispersal, but I love them, and I really like my Sitzplatz.
