Covering Blue

The Next Stages

All those pretty designs got covered, but still peek through as tones and texture in the back ground. 







Then the subject matter got drawn in charcoal, then initial paint.

    Was the splotch in the lower left corner an accident, or put there on purpose to place the branch?

    It was the beginning of painting, then I thought to take a picture of the background, before I got to the subject matter.
