A visiting son wanted to see the city, before we went for dinner. It was a pleasant end-of summer evening, before approaching rains.
We stopped in the cathedral and puzzled out more of the depicted Bible stories on the confessionals.

Answer: The scene depicted is the parable of the lost coin and the sweeping that ensued. Of course the house had a golden dome!
I thought the story might be the Samaritan woman who wanted to be healed and said even the dogs eat the crumbs from the masters table.
