Each summer BetterHalf’s company staff takes a summer excursion. This year, being the 25th Anniversary of the company, the trip was more special. It was a day trip to Warsaw. Why there? you ask. Other options were floated, but this was a city the principals hadn’t been to, so, why not? The rest of the office staff didn’t know where they were going until they got their tickets at the airport. Surprise!
The day turned out to have lovely weather, a great tour guide, and a beautiful place to see. We started with a sumptuous very early breakfast in the VIP lounge.
In Warsaw we got a van to take us to the sights on our tour, first stop being the former royal palace.
Always note the sewer covers.
All the many gardens and parks we saw were meticulously kept.
The palace was built on the model of Versailles, as was typical of the time.
Your guess is as good as anyone’s…..
