Intermezzo: Chicago

On the Way Home

We had a bit of time in Chicago before we flew home. What an enormous city.

One must try the city's special deep dish pizza. It was somewhat off in that the crust was crusty, the meat was on the bottom, with cheeses over that, and tomato sauce on top, mostly opposite of how I make pizza.

The Millennium Park with the Cloud sculpture (which is popularly called the Bean, I hear).

The polished stainless steel makes wonderful reflections.

And what does one have the next day? More deep dish pizza.

  1. Hahaha, cool! We always avoided Chicago like the plague, I think mostly because certain persons in our family were scared of the traffic. Glad to see you availed yourself of every opportunity for pizza. XD
