Isn’t this pretty? It is by a well-known Swiss paper-cut artist . (This isn’t the original, because these days Lasers can be programmed to copy this kind of art work, but the design is there and the skill in the original is evident.)
Do! It isn’t hard, just time consuming. It takes some practice to be able to get the tiny details precise, but one can start bigger. The Swiss artists use bitty scissors. I like to use a craft knife, as do most contemporary paper artists. SMB
