Oddity

In the Autumn

Forsythia bloom in March, right? So, what does it say about a year when they bloom in September? The summer must have been so cold and wet the poor plants thought it passed through winter again. The blooms are not profuse, as they are in spring, but they are definitely there. I have never seen a reblooming in the same year. 





And proof picture. Notice the elderberries are ripe; it’s definitely autumn. 











And you might be able to tell the pony has a fuzzy winter coat growing.
