Epiphany/Manifested

As with gladness men of old
Did the guiding star behold...
So, most gracious Lord, may we
Evermore be led by Thee.

Anthems be to Thee addressed
 God in man made manifest.

Christmas is over. The Epiphany season is begun today. My family, probably like many of you, will, this year, be celebrating tomorrow, when our family is together. So, I don't know yet who gets the King in the King's bread.

Christmas decorations will go down after this Epiphany weekend, to be replaced by some new colors.

In this new season I am seriously considering no longer posting here. I am wondering what the faithful viewer in Portugal will think. Faithful Viewer do you have a comment?

  1. Blessed Epiphany to you! We did our King's cake on Saturday after lunch and Evan got the king this year. He is getting to an age of being slightly embarrassed about wearing the paper crown...

As for not posting here... sigh... I understand, but would miss it so much... I say it is only acceptable if you start posting daily somewhere else, like Instagram (which is easier than a blog... but harder to write much in the way of stories.)

  2. Yes, sarah, post on Instagram! It's a good visual media and the things posted here are often more visual than verbal.
