In and Out
We went to a combination restaurant-bookstore for breakfast at 11:30 a.m. It was sort of lunch, too. We ate outside, among the ubiquitous big orange marigolds. As we sat waiting for our food, Buskers tried to sell us beautiful blankets, crocheted ponchos, a shoe shine, and candy (the latter offered by a polite little girl).
Steak and green sauce and bean paste
After we ate, we went inside to see the bookstore. (Reminders of Porto, but not as old and ornate.) Naturally, we came out with a couple of books. They had English books among the Spanish.
The day continued with further adventures….
