| A gift From Russia with Love. After the Russians helped the Mongolians get out from under Chinese rule, the Soviets took over Mongolian and made it also communist from the 1930's to the 1990's. There were some positive aspects for the country, as previously mentioned, but communism always entails things like purges and fear and repression, which the Mongolians are trying to recover from now. |
