On the eighth day of Christmas my True Love gave to me eight maids a'milking.

Happy New Year!

Last night we had a birthday party for a young man who was born on the last day of the year.

.....with salmon croissants in the feast.

After our painting session last night, we bought the New Year in and celebrated with champagne, bell ringing, sparklers, and late night card games. Really late. This evening we plan to attend a concert with pieces on organ, harpsichord, and Hackbrett.
